🧘‍♀️ Women’s Circle Facilitator Reiki is Japanese healing technique that uses gentle touch to promote wellbeing and relaxation. Jen

It is a non-invasive, non-manipulative therapy that involves me placing my hands on or near a clients body. I will use gentle hand movements to guide energy inside your body to encourage self-healing. It is available for everyone and can assist in your everyday living. Here is what you can expect in your Reiki session with me;
Your journey will start with a brief chat. The process of Reiki is (to start with) a feeling of connection. Gentle music playing in the background. The session will proceed until, intuitively, I know when to stop. An Angel Card reading is available if any questions come to mind. To complete the session we will take part in a Tea Meditation. I look forward to meeting with you.

Just finished a walk with my daughter at the Australian Botanic Gardens in Mount Annan 🍃

Woke up feeling motivated to get up, get out and make things happen so this was the perfect start to my day while the sun was shining 🌞 now time to plan my next women’s circle 💖
