This is not a hard sell, just a fun 30-day arse kicking, accountability driven, mind clearing, smarter eating program that will help you take off from your personal runway and get that plane of yours off the bloody ground!

This is not a come and try and disappear program, this is a turn up, get it done and commit for 30-days so that you can continue your journey with a real positive start to your 2024.
What we will be implementing into this program is a daily and weekly to do list that holds you accountable, that allows you to move forward swiftly by bringing back the discipline that will help you become the difference in yourself.
For you to reach your challenge results potential you must complete and involve yourself as much as possible by taking on the list below.
1. One meal share breakfast, lunch & dinner including ingredients and photos before the program ends.
2. Daily water intake 2-4 litres.
3. Select a new book to read that empowers you. Finish this book in 30-days. If you finish early, start another. Take a photo and share with the team.
4. Morning 5-10-minutes of daily prep. Stretch, breathe, meditate, intention set or complete whatever morning practice ignites and prepares your day, and share with the team.
5. Run/Jog/Walk 50km + Ride 100km + Swim 5km in 30-days. Your pace, your schedule, your split distances, but be consistent.
6. Complete one workout each day. Select from the pre designed app workouts or complete any workout you enjoy that makes you feel like a superhero. This can be as simple as a 5 minute yoga flow daily or an intense strength / cardio / circuit style workout daily.
7. GET UP! Watch or be up with the sunrise daily and share your photos with the team.
8. Screen time cleanse. Cut back on what distracts you, what disengages you from family, what negatively impacts your mindset.
9. Do something or say something kind to someone else daily,
10. Ensure 3 of your weekly workouts are strictly resistance based.
