Your Health is Wealth Your Health is Wealth will guide you towards living a more conscious lifestyle. Follow your heart, take risks, do the work and believe in self worth.

My personal journey through lifes twists and turns, highs and lows, positives and negatives, trials and tribulations and much more are all decisions and experiences that have guided me along my path that has allowed me to create this space. Life is about living and experiencing everything possible, life is what you make of it. I am a family man, happily married to my life partner sharing our love and joy with our two children. With open hearts and minds, we journey through life together recently moving over 2,000 km away from our local community to take on new challenges bringing us even closer together as a family. My career and education background started as a chef, then off to transport logistics, then a sidestep into remedial massage, small step to the right progressing into personal training and group fitness coaching, where now I also work as a trainer and assessor in the fitness industry

I do not believe in limitations; I strongly believe in creating your own pathway to success through failure and uncertainty.

HAPPY NEW YEAR & NOW IT IS GAME ON!!!

It is now that time we all need a little nudge to get moving more, to eat better, to think clearer and to be just feeling damn AWESOME!!!

This is not a hard sell, just a fun 30-day arse kicking, accountability driven, mind clearing, smarter eating program that will help you take off from your personal runway and get that plane of yours off the bloody ground!

This is not a come and try and disappear program, this is a turn up, get it done and commit for 30-days so that you can continue your journey with a real positive start to your 2024.

What we will be implementing into this program is a daily and weekly to do list that holds you accountable, that allows you to move forward swiftly by bringing back the discipline that will help you become the difference in yourself.

For you to reach your challenge results potential you must complete and involve yourself as much as possible by taking on the list below.

1. One meal share breakfast, lunch & dinner including ingredients and photos before the program ends.
2. Daily water intake 2-4 litres.
3. Select a new book to read that empowers you. Finish this book in 30-days. If you finish early, start another. Take a photo and share with the team.
4. Morning 5-10-minutes of daily prep. Stretch, breathe, meditate, intention set or complete whatever morning practice ignites and prepares your day, and share with the team.
5. Run/Jog/Walk 50km + Ride 100km + Swim 5km in 30-days. Your pace, your schedule, your split distances, but be consistent.
6. Complete one workout each day. Select from the pre designed app workouts or complete any workout you enjoy that makes you feel like a superhero. This can be as simple as a 5 minute yoga flow daily or an intense strength / cardio / circuit style workout daily.
7. GET UP! Watch or be up with the sunrise daily and share your photos with the team.
8. Screen time cleanse. Cut back on what distracts you, what disengages you from family, what negatively impacts your mindset.
9. Do something or say something kind to someone else daily,
10. Ensure 3 of your weekly workouts are strictly resistance based.

Congratulations!! I’d love to hear any yummy stories you have!

I’m excited to share with you another recipe!

This one is ridiculously simple! And takes only 20 mins!
It is so simple, I didn’t feel there’s any need to share a video! πŸ˜‰

This has been a favourite recipe amongst my 12 week Nutrition Guidance plan members.

It’s a no fail, absolutely delicious, crowd pleasing recipe. Works perfectly with chicken too.

-Turn the rice cooker on with either quinoa or rice. Quinoa is best for adding more protein!

-Chuck the salmon or chicken in an oven dish, skin facing up if you like it crispy (see pic)

-Add green veg to rice cooker when uinoa/rice is half cooked and when Salmon is done plate it all up!

This sauce is rich and delicious! Add a couple of spoons to top your Salmon when serving, or if you’re like me… have your Salmon swimming in it and add sour fresh lime and chopped fresh hot red chilli!
