Oceanside Remedial Massage I started oceanside Remedial Massage because I have a passion for helping people and making them feel better.

I want to fill that neich between Sports massage that treats just the injury and Swedish massage for relaxation, where I can treat the pain but also find whats causing the problem and adress that too by looking at your lifestyle, Job and physical activities to see where we can make some changes and come up with a plan to help ease your pain in the long term. I love to use needles and cups to get deeper in to the muscles to release the fascia and ease the tension in a more efficiant manner. I Completed my Diploma of Remedial Massage in June 2022 at Kingscliff Tafe and recieved my levels 1 and 2 Myofascial cupping, dry needling and electro-therapy certification in September 2023 through Manual Medicine Australaisia from John Marshall.
