Meet Hannah, one of the caring, capable people who keep our Blue Kite culture so strong! 💪
Hannah's always loved helping people, and she found her way into support work during COVID when she finally chased a long-held interest. She jumped in with both feet and hasn't looked back since.
What really lights her up are those quiet, meaningful wins - like a family sharing how their loved one is opening up, trying new things, and feeling more connected at home. The everyday progress is what keeps her motivated.
As our Community & Operations Coordinator, she's the behind-the-scenes glue: sorting rosters so the team gets proper breaks (she knows you can't pour from an empty cup), keeping participant supports consistent and flexible, updating care plans, fixing issues fast, and jumping in on the floor herself when needed. Her goal is for everyone - team or participants - to feel heard and properly supported.
Off the clock, you'd catch her at festivals or concerts, enjoying beach, roller-skating, chilling with her partner and their super cute dog... or lost in her LEGO room (whole room dedicated, collection growing fast...don't get her started!) 😅
