Today we’re celebrating headspace day, a national day supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people!
This headspace day, we want to talk about making space for what matters to young people.
It’s not about doing more, it’s changing the ways we do things and being creative with our time.
That’s why this year we’re encouraging young people and everyone who supports them to make space for what matters to them.
