🎉 HUGE CONGRATULATIONS 🎉

One of our incredible girls officially got her P-plates!!! 🚗💨 This is such a massive milestone — more independence, more freedom, more choices and more confidence out in the community.

Moments like this are exactly what we LOVE witnessing here at Brite 🩵 Seeing young people hit big goals, step into bigger versions of themselves and unlock new chapters in life… it’s honestly a privilege to be part of.

We are so proud and we can’t wait to see what’s next 🙌 quietly we will really miss all our time together doing the hours on the road and parking lessons.

The community really comes nice and early 9:30am to kick things off with bowling with the Thursday Thunder crew 🎳 Then a chill lunch together, followed by a bit of sport in the park 🌳 Before we wrap the day dancing up a storm with Dom from D-Dance at Drayton Hall at 3pm! 🔥

Do you have a big heart, excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting people to live full connected lives?

At Brite Community Care we are seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist our participants with community access, social connection and meaningful daily experiences.

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting people with disabilities to enjoy life out in the community — from activities, appointments and events, to social outings, coffee catch ups, BBQs, sports days and everything in between.

Every day is different and every day you’ll be making an impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe, empowering and respectful support
• Communicate confidently with participants, families, and team members
• Transport clients to and from their chosen activities
• Encourage independence, confidence + individual strengths
• Maintain professional and accurate documentation

About You:
• Friendly, reliable, patient and confident
• Current First Aid + CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening
• Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle

Availability Requirements:
• Mondays + Thursdays are required start asap
• Other days may will be available as we are growing
• School holidays become much busier — so flexibility is ideal
