This isn’t chaos.
This is a four-year-old non-verbal child with autism thinking, communicating, inventing and creating in his own language.

Paint, shaving foam, textures, tools, bridges made from paddle sticks and a tiny car driving across them - all part of a deeply focused, child-led sensory play and creative session.

What looks messy on the outside is regulation, deep focus, expression and communication without words on the inside. A beautiful creative mind at work.

This is what child-led creative support looks like in real life 💛

Hi, I’m Amy 🌿

I offer calm, patient support for people who prefer gentle connection, creativity, time outdoors, and practical everyday help - without pressure or expectations.

I believe support should feel safe, respectful, and paced - not rushed or overwhelming.

Inner Atlas was created from that belief: that people thrive when they’re met with patience, understanding, and genuine care.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out for a no-pressure chat to see whether this kind of support feels right for you.

Some days just don’t go to plan - and that’s okay.

I woke early today with a migraine, so I had no choice but to replan my day. Pain management, rest, and listening to my body had to come first.

When I felt okay to eat, I chose something simple and nourishing - easy to digest foods, good fats, and gentle support for the body, alongside ginger tea for comfort.

Living with migraines or chronic pain can mean energy fluctuates, plans change, and the day needs to be approached differently. Support isn’t about pushing harder - it’s about responding with care, flexibility, and self-compassion.

Today was a reminder that giving your body what it needs can help you move forward, even if the day starts later than planned 🌿

Do you experience migraines or chronic pain?

Time in nature doesn’t have to be big hikes or long outings.

Gentle walks, local parks, sitting by flowing water, or simply being outdoors can support emotional regulation, reduce overwhelm, and create a sense of calm and grounding.

For many participants, spending time in nature can help with:
• reducing stress and anxiety
• improving mood and focus
• supporting sensory regulation
• encouraging gentle movement and participation
• creating routine and connection with the environment

As part of everyday and community support, I offer relaxed, paced outings that meet people where they’re at - no pressure, no expectations, just supportive time outdoors.

If this kind of calm, supported time outdoors feels right for you or someone you support, feel free to get in touch 🌿

Creative expression doesn’t need to be perfect to be powerful.

This piece was created through free-flow painting. No rules. No right or wrong. Just colour, movement, and expression in the moment.

In my creative support sessions, the focus isn’t on outcomes or finished products. It’s about the process. Exploring creativity as a way to build confidence, support emotional expression, improve focus, and enjoy a calm, pressure-free activity.

Creative support can be especially helpful for participants who:
• Feel overwhelmed by structured tasks
• Struggle to express themselves verbally
• Enjoy hands-on, sensory, or visual activities
• Want a supportive space to explore creativity at their own pace

Art doesn’t have to be neat, planned, or “good” to be meaningful. Sometimes the most valuable part is simply having the space to express without expectation.

If you or someone you support would benefit from relaxed, person-centred creative support, feel free to reach out for a chat. 👩🏻‍🎨🎨

Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated.
This has been my go-to snack lately - simple, nourishing, and easy to prepare.

🥭 Paw paw
🫐 Blueberries
🥣 Vanilla Greek yoghurt
🍯 A light drizzle of honey

Why simple food choices like this work:
• Gentle on digestion and supportive of gut health
• Rich in antioxidants and nutrients
• Includes protein, healthy carbs, and natural sweetness
• Quick, affordable, and low effort
• Easy to adjust based on taste, texture, and energy levels

If you’d like support with simple food choices like this, I can help tailor options to suit your likes, dislikes, routines, and energy - keeping things realistic, enjoyable, and stress-free 🌱

Hi, I’m Amy - a Toowoomba local offering creative and everyday NDIS support for adults (25–60 yrs) with mental health and psychosocial needs, and/or chronic health conditions. I bring a calm, patient, and respectful approach, supporting people to feel more regulated, confident, and connected in everyday life.

As an artist, I offer creative support as a gentle way to express, regulate, and reconnect - through art, simple activities and shared presence. Creativity is always optional and guided by what feels right for you.

I also enjoy assisting with cooking and meal prep, supporting healthy routines, and working alongside you at a pace that feels safe and achievable.

Other interests I often share with clients include listening to music, spending time in nature, gentle movement, swimming, gardening, board games, puzzles and cognitive activities.

If this sounds like a good fit, you're welcome to send me a private message for a no pressure chat to find out more.

Edit: Creative support with children may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on individual needs.
