Reminder that tonight's Qi gong class will be the last for 2 weeks.
Classes resume on Tuesday 7th of October. Geez that seems a long way off!

Tonight we will be doing extended warm up, Shaolin Ba Shi and maybe a bit of Bagua Zhang ☯️

A lovely class tonight.
The benefits of Qi gong are well known to those who practice. We can inform people of these but its only through practice that it becomes evident.

Towards the end of class tonight, a new participant informed me that a sore elbow that she'd been carrying for some time was feeling better.
Whilst she was not pain free the difference was noticed and she looked lighter.

For me, this is the what its all about.

Booking news!
If you are attending either Tuesday Qi Gong at 7pm or Saturdays Strictly Shaolin at 10am you will need to book by 6pm and 9am respectively.

From today, bookings will close one hour prior to class.

Strictly Shaolin is back tomorrow morning at 10am!

This week we will be continuing movement drills and embedding the 5 stances fist form, a foundation of Shaolin Kung Fu.
