Vanessa Mollard- Nervous System Architect Helping high-functioning women reorganise their relationship with their nervous system and their life — especially during periods of transition.

Breathwork | 1:1 Mentoring Have you woken up in the morning and the first thought that came through your head is.. I’m stuck… You feel burnt out, resentful, unrecognised, crushed, anxious and feel a heaviness that is sapping all the energy, peace and joy from your life? Your gut hurts and every part of your body hurts, you can't sleep at night, your relationships are suffering. The news and the recent world events make it all worse. You want to flow and thrive, doing the things you truly love again and feel connected with yourself and others. Something is speaking to you from within to find this flow but you do not know where to begin.

5 years ago I was exactly in the same situation as you are. As a professional woman scientist for 25 years, with a background in running and setting up high level laboratories in a high stress environment, I was drowning. At first it was just the feeling of grumpiness and dissatisfaction, so I thought, work harder, you need to control things more. I sought solace in travel, adventure sports, food and alcohol. The harder I worked, the more I wanted to control, the more my stuck-ness spiralled into health issues, lack of sleep, anxiety, indecision, overthinking, and fear. I could not even find joy and gratitude in my job that was my life. I looked at this woman in the mirror and I did not even know her, what she really wanted and who she was. It was then that I knew I had to make a change as it was compromising my health, relationships, and my ability in my profession. I too was confused as to where to start. I went about it in a scientific manner and tried everything from breathwork, meditation and deep personal development work to find answers to rediscover myself. I experimented with what I learnt on myself. These learnings brought an awareness, reconnection to my Feminine and flow to my life that I would love to share my insights and tools with you so we may go on this journey together towards a healthier life filled with energy, peace and joy.

Try this for a moment…

Take a few quick, shallow breaths through the nose 2-3 times
Notice how you feel.

Now slow it down.

Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale as long as you can through the mouth.
Repeat 4-5 times
Notice what shifts.

Your breath is constantly reflecting the state your body is in.

And when you change the breath…
the state changes with it.

This is what happened in the room last week.

About 20 minutes in…

people weren’t trying to do anything anymore.

And their minds just… stopped.

Anxiety softened.
Gratitude came in.
A busy mind turned into a smile.
A restless body finally settled.

Not people trying to figure anything out.

Just their system finally settling enough…
for something to shift.

And from there… things start to move differently.

Not because anything outside has changed.
But because they’re no longer holding everything the same way.

If there’s a part of you that feels like experiencing this for yourself, I’ve got a few sessions coming up.
Details are in my bio. ❤️

She came in wanting a release.

Everything felt a bit chaotic… personal life, the world around her, just a lot.

She said she wanted to get rid of the heaviness.

She was a bit skeptical lying down at the start.
Her friend had brought her and just said quietly, “trust it.”

And she did.

Just with the breath.

About 20 minutes in… something shifted.

Not in the way you’d expect. No big emotional release.

She said instead she felt this rush of gratitude move through her body… which surprised her.

Another person said their thoughts just stopped. And they found themselves smiling.

Someone else, who hasn’t felt safe in breathwork before… actually dropped in.

And the whole room just felt different by the end.

Lighter. Softer. More relaxed.

But the part that really stayed with me…

was afterwards.

Sitting around with cups of tea. Laughing. Talking.
It felt easy. Connected.

Nothing in their lives had necessarily changed.

But something in them had.

If there is a part of you that feels like experiencing this for yourself, I’ve got a few sessions coming up, you’ll find the details in my bio.

You can see the pattern. You can explain it.You probably even know exactly where it comes from. And yet…you’re still in it...

You can see the pattern.

You can explain it.

You probably even know exactly where it comes from.

And yet…

you’re still in it...

This is where most people get stuck.

Because it feels like understanding should be enough.

“If I can just figure this out…”

“If I can just think about it differently…”

“If I can just get clearer…”

But the part holding the pattern?

Isn’t something the mind can shift.

It’s the state your body is sitting in.

And when that state doesn’t change…the pattern comes right back.

So you end up having the same reaction…

in a different conversation
in a different situation
on a different day

Even though you know better.

This is why people can be incredibly self-aware…

and still find themselves in the same loops.

Not because they’re not trying.
Not because they don’t understand.

They’re trying to shift something…from the same state that created it.

This is the part that needs to shift.

If you’ve been here… and you’re ready to experience something different… I’ve got sessions running this month.

Graciousness is not what you think it is.It’s not being agreeable. It’s not staying quiet. It’s not “taking the high road”...

Graciousness is not what you think it is.

It’s not being agreeable.
It’s not staying quiet.
It’s not “taking the high road” while your body is tight underneath.

That’s not graciousness.

That’s suppression with good branding.

Graciousness only becomes available
when you’re no longer fighting yourself.

When your nervous system isn’t bracing…
you stop reacting to everything like it’s a threat.

You don’t need to prove your point.
You don’t need to be understood immediately.
You don’t need someone else to settle how you feel.

And from there — your responses change.

Not because you’re trying to be better.

But because you’re no longer internally activated in the same way.

This is where it gets interesting.

The women I work with don’t become “nicer.”

They become harder to hook.

Conversations that used to escalate… don’t.
Boundaries land without over-explaining.
Things that once felt personal… stop sticking.

Not because they’ve shut down.

Because they’ve stopped bracing.

This isn’t emotional control.

It’s nervous system stability.

And from that place, something shifts in how you move:

You’re clear — without needing to cut.
You’re honest — without needing to push.
You’re present — without absorbing everything around you.

That’s graciousness.

Not performance.
Not politeness.

Just… no longer being entangled in everything that used to pull you in.

A woman came into the breathwork room recently navigating menopause.

Like many women in that phase of life, her body felt unfamiliar.

Sleep disrupted.
Emotions closer to the surface.
Anger rising faster than she wanted.

She told me later that what surprised her most wasn’t what happened during the session.

It was what happened after.

Her body had finally stood down.

The constant tension she’d been carrying began to soften.

Over the following weeks she noticed something else shift.

The anger that had been sitting just beneath the surface began to ease.

And with that, she found herself able to reconnect with people she had been holding resentment toward.

Not because anything was forced.

But because her nervous system was no longer stuck in fight mode.

This is often what breathwork creates space for.

Not dramatic breakthroughs.

Just the body finally feeling safe enough to release what it has been holding.
