Mango Coconut Smoothie đŸ„­đŸ„„ Creamy, refreshing, and supportive for energy and digestion. Mangos have been beautiful this season! Try this refreshing summer smoothie.

Ingredients
– 1 cup frozen mango
– œ cup coconut yoghurt (or Greek yoghurt for extra protein)
– œ cup coconut milk or milk of choice
– 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional but recommended)
– 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
– Squeeze of lime (optional)

Method
Blend until thick and smooth. Add extra liquid if needed.
