Denise has been a practicing Psychologist for over 28 years and has worked extensively throughout the UK and Austrlia, providing counselling and training. She works with Clinical Hypnotherapy, Timeline Therapy, EMDR, Gottman Relationship Therapy, Affect Regulation Therapy, Jungian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Morawitz Sleep Therapy, Scientific Meditaion, Mindfullness and is Master in Neurolinguistic Programming & Eriksonian Hypnotherapy. In addition Denise also practises Zen Thai Shiatsu Massage Therapy including Moxa, Cupping and Reiki. She studied Esoteric Kabbalah, Tibetan Tantra and practises Ashtanga Yoga.
