In 2021, I opened Haven with a lot of hope, a big heart, and a tiny rented room in Seymour Arcade, Traralgon.
No big plan. Just a deep belief in care, connection, and doing things properly. 🤍

What started as a small, nurse-led space has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined - not just in size, but in meaning.

Haven has given me friendships, purpose, confidence, learning, and a sense of worth I didn’t even realise I was searching for.

It’s given me a team I genuinely adore, clients who trust us with their stories (not just their faces), and the privilege of building something values-led in an industry that doesn’t always slow down to care.

While I’m not on the floor right now, I’m very much here behind the scenes, protecting the heart of Haven, supporting the team, and making sure the love, safety, and standards that built this business are felt in every single experience.

I am so deeply grateful for what Haven has brought into my life, and for every person who has been part of this journey - past and present.

This business still lights me up.
I still love creating, building, and watching it grow in the most aligned way.
