Situation Vacant – Female Support Worker (18–25)

Location: Latrobe Valley
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week, between 8am–8pm Mon-Fri

(With the potential for growth)

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate female support worker aged 18–25 to join our team supporting three young female clients located in the Latrobe Valley.

To be considered, you must hold:
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• First Aid Certificate
• CPR Certification

About the Role:
You’ll be providing personalised, client-centred support in the community and at home, helping three young women build confidence, independence, and capacity. Shifts are required between 8am and 8pm, with a minimum of 15 hours per week.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is friendly, supportive, and professional
• Has great communication skills
• Is reliable and available to start as soon as possible
• Enjoys working with young people and supporting them to achieve their goals

This Month’s Education Focus: Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)

Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) is a group of rare, inherited conditions that affect the body’s connective tissue — the “glue” that helps support your skin, joints, and organs.

People with EDS often experience joint pain, fatigue, and skin that’s stretchy or fragile. It’s a lifelong condition, often invisible, but very real. 💛

Let’s take this month to learn, understand, and show compassion — because not every disability can be seen. 🌻

This Friday Bullet Support Solutions , proud members of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Program, are celebrating Invisible Disabilities Week!
