How cold does the Penguin get?

-162 degrees, ❄️ cold right!

What does this mean?
The vapour is more effective at treating beyond the skin layer; making its way to the deeper tissue and muscles.
It reaches beyond where an ice pack can reach and in a much shorter amount of time.

This allows your body to go into a temporary 'thermal shock' causing vasoconstriction, decreasing inflammation, decreasing swelling and relaxing the muscle.

✨️ We would love to introduce ourselves. ✨️

Our names are Ash and Nicole and we are the very proud owners of Cryo Zone.

A little bit about us;

✨️ We have two children that are very much part of this business venture. They love their 'factory'.
✨️ We are locals and have been our entire lives.
✨️ We have been around cryotherapy for the past 3-4 years, seeking appointments for ourselves as well as seeking educational opportunities.
✨️ Ash had a couple of treatments a few years ago for inflammation and has been committed to cryotherapy since then.
✨️ In our spare time, you'll find us continuing our renovations around our home, gardening and going on picnic/ park adventures.
