By applying gentle long held poses to our bodies, we target the deep soft tissue & fascia, helping to prevent injuries by keeping our bodies hydrated, fluid & flexible, Yin also helps to restore movement & hydration to our joints.

Suitable for all levels.

Full Moon Yin Yoga with Tibetan Singing Bowls. A slow-paced style of yoga designed to stretch & hydrate your soft tissue and promote deep relaxation. Yin Yoga by candlelight ~ A slow gentle style of yoga for all ages and fitness levels. We hold our poses for a longer duration than other types of yoga, to allow our soft tissue (tendons, ligaments & fascia), to relax, release, lengthen & hydrate, as well as lubricating our joints and opening up our meridian energy channels that run through the body. A slow-paced class that taps into conscious breathing and mindfulness.
