Study, study, study… and levelled up once again.
I’ve just completed my Expert Neoclassical Acupuncturist training, and I’ve been using this gentle and precise style all week in clinic. The shifts I’m seeing in clients are truly transformative.

I’ve been practising acupuncture since 2009, and just like true love, my understanding and confidence have only grown since the very first time I picked up a needle.

Each year we donate to Share the Dignity as part of giving back to the women and families in our community. This year my youngest child and I dropped the bags for the annual “Dignity Drives” in Launceston. Supporting community is part of how I practise healthcare.

It’s been a busy and fulfilling couple of days in clinic, meeting new faces, supporting a few urgent presentations, and welcoming back regular clients.
I’m grateful to be able to provide acupuncture and Chinese medicine care for our rural community.

Today I’m in Whitemark, working from two private rooms and treating the Flinders Island community. Rural practice is one of my favourite parts of this job! Real conversations, slower pace, and people who value holistic care.

I work between Flinders Island and Turners Marsh each week and often see clients travelling from all corners of northern Tasmania, Bridport, Launceston, Burnie, Branxholm and beyond. Feeling very grateful for this work and the communities that trust me.
