🧘‍♀️ Healing isn’t a hustle.
It’s a rhythm of rest, warmth, and self-connection.

In Chinese medicine, healing happens when we honour the flow of Qi. That means:
✨ Regular rituals (even 3 minutes a day)
🍵 Warm nourishing foods
🛌 Deep sleep + true rest

Acupuncture doesn’t just treat pain — it restores harmony.

Give your body time. It knows the way back.

Cupping is a traditional technique used in Chinese Medicine to support circulation and help the body release areas of tension.
Using gentle suction, cups are placed on the skin to encourage movement, ease tightness and promote a sense of openness and flow.

In clinic, cupping is always applied with care and adapted to how each person is feeling on the day.
Many people find the experience grounding and deeply relaxing — a calm moment to reconnect with the body. ✨

A gentle, holistic approach to supporting balance and wellbeing.
If you’re curious to learn more about cupping therapy, you’re welcome to get in touch or book via our Linktree. 🌿

When walking, walk. When eating, eat. When meditating, meditate.

Research continues to show that true multitasking is a myth.
From a holistic and Chinese Medicine perspective, constantly dividing our attention can disrupt focus, deplete energy and affect overall balance.

Giving yourself dedicated time for each activity supports clarity, productivity and a calmer nervous system.
Slowing down and being fully present is a simple yet powerful way to care for your wellbeing. 🌿

You may have heard the term Sha in Traditional Chinese Medicine — but what does it actually mean?

Sha refers to a temporary change in the skin that can appear during techniques such as Gua Sha. It is not bruising, but a sign of increased circulation and movement in areas where the body may feel tight or stagnant.

In clinic, Gua Sha is used gently and intentionally to support flow, ease tension and encourage the body’s natural processes — always tailored to how each person is feeling on the day.

A calm, considered approach to balance and wellbeing.

After the summer break, many people notice signs of excess heat or dehydration — such as feeling run down, restless or overheated.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this can be linked to heat accumulation and a depletion of body fluids caused by sun exposure, alcohol and irregular routines.

Supporting hydration from a holistic perspective involves gentle cooling and nourishment.
Regular water intake, cooling foods and herbal support can help the body restore balance and feel more settled as the season changes.

Small, consistent choices play an important role in maintaining wellbeing throughout the warmer months. 🌿☀️

Allergic rhinitis can affect breathing, sleep and overall comfort, especially during seasonal changes.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture is used as a gentle, holistic approach to support the body’s natural balance and help regulate immune and respiratory function.

By working with specific acupuncture points, treatments are tailored to each person’s unique patterns — focusing on restoring flow, easing congestion and supporting overall wellbeing.
Each session is calm, personalised and designed to work with your body, not against it. 🌿✨

If you’re curious about how acupuncture may support allergic rhinitis, you’re welcome to get in touch or book through our Linktree.

One of the most common questions we hear is: Does acupuncture hurt?

For most people, acupuncture feels surprisingly gentle.
The needles are extremely fine and are placed with care, often creating only a light sensation, warmth or gentle pressure.

Many clients find sessions deeply relaxing — a calm moment to slow down and reconnect with their body.
Every treatment is tailored to your comfort, and we always work at a pace that feels right for you. 🌿✨

Your pulse holds more information than most people realise.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, pulse reading helps us understand the body’s balance, energetic patterns and areas that may need gentle support.

With just a light touch on the wrist, we gain meaningful insight into how your body is functioning beneath the surface — allowing each treatment to be personalised with care.
It’s a calm, grounding moment that helps guide a holistic approach to balance, harmony and overall wellbeing.

Supporting teenagers through PMS is something I care deeply about.
Many young girls experience painful periods, cramps, mood changes or feelings of anxiety — and it can be a lot for them to navigate.

In my treatments, I use gentle, comforting techniques with soft movements and a warm moxa box to help soothe the abdomen and create a sense of calm.
For many teens, the session becomes a peaceful moment where they can breathe, relax and feel truly supported.

If your teen is going through PMS and you’d like to explore a gentle, holistic approach, you’re welcome to reach out or book through the Linktree in our bio. 🌿✨

Here if you need gentle support.

Gua Sha can be a gentle and nurturing way to support little ones when they’re starting to feel a bit unwell.
Using light pressure and slow, soothing movements, this traditional technique encourages circulation, relaxation and a sense of comfort — helping children settle and feel supported.

Each session is carefully tailored to ensure your child feels safe, calm, and at ease throughout the treatment.
