Last week we held what we call “Just Better Chat”, this is a connection opportunity for staff to interact with others in the field and the office and is held twice a year.
“Just Better Chat” usually involves a presentation or activity to encourage a sense of community and co-operation, and this time it was a presentation from a local SES volunteer!

Mark offered his time to educate JBC staff on what SES does in the community, as well as how to prepare for relevant emergencies.
This was a great way to discover how we can assist our customers further and keep ourselves safe.
