About Us:
My Disability Care is a registered NDIS provider with offices in Brisbane and Hervey Bay. We are committed to providing high-quality support to individuals living with disabilities, and we're currently seeking a Casual Disability Support Worker to join our team in the Hervey Bay region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individuals with disabilities, including those with complex needs.
- Provide in-home and community access support for both children and adults.
- Assist with personal care as required.
- Follow a rotating roster and adapt to the needs of the clients.
Requirements
- Driver’s Licence & Reliable Transport (must have full comprehensive insurance and be registered)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Orientation Module (required)
- First Aid & CPR (preferred but not essential)
- Cert III in Individual Support/Disability (or any related field/working towards it)
- some circumstances National Criminal History check.
Job Types: Casual
Salary: $34.44 per hour plus penalty rates as applicable
