A gentle 30-minute session focused on the neck, face, scalp and hair. Soft, flowing touch helps release tension held in the jaw, head and neck while calming the nervous system and inviting deep relaxation.

Through extended, accelerated breathwork and immersive music, you’ll be guided inward to access and release stored tension, pressure, and suppressed emotion — all within a safe, grounded space.

Day 1 of Rise & Radiate ✨

I feel so blessed to support work like this and truly honoured that Wisdom for Women chose Hive Sacred to host this powerful weekend.

While I was behind the scenes making sure everything flowed smoothly, I had the privilege of hearing the feedback coming through… calming, grounded, and such a supportive space for like-minded women.

A powerful retreat, delivered so beautifully by Antonella - with depth, professionalism and so much heart. It’s a privilege to witness this work being shared.

Tomorrow we welcome Nancy from Heal2Flow for a powerful breathwork journey with soul sounds - and I can already feel how special Day 2 will be.
