A horse doesn’t charge forward without first feeling the ground beneath its hooves.
It pauses.
It listens.
It stabilizes.
Only then does it move with power.

As we settle into the new year and begin the transition into the year of the Fire Horse I am reminded of my legs, my feet, my connection with the ground. I am reminded that movement without grounding becomes chaos.
We don’t want to be carried away with this Horse 😊

Teen yoga classes are back for 2026!

These classes offer a calm, supportive space where girls can step away from the pressures of daily life and reconnect with themselves.

In these small sessions each student is guided through mindful movement and breathing practices that build strength, balance and self-awareness.

Andrea’s thoughtful approach helps teens cultivate confidence and manage stress - while feeling truly seen and supported in a safe, welcoming environment.

Classes are kept small for individual attention and support so don’t miss out!

Term 1 runs for 9 weeks beginning on February 3.
