Meet Loki

A stunning phantom merle poodle we’ve chosen for an upcoming pairing. DNA tested and hip scored, Loki offers a strong and versatile genetic profile, carrying chocolate, phantom and merle.

Loki carries the merle gene, which can produce unique patterned coats when paired correctly. We are mindful to pair responsibly to ensure the health and wellbeing of every puppy

He combines this with a soft wool coat and a calm, loyal temperament—qualities that are incredibly important to us in our program.

Whilst i'm not quite ready to give it all away... yet! The pairing we have selected has been carefully considered, with a focus on producing not only beautiful colours but well-rounded, high-quality puppies.

We’ve been quietly working behind the scenes, and Loki is a key part of what’s to come

Not long now 👀

Sally is VERY interested in Easter treats this year… and that’s exactly the problem 😅🐾

A lot of common Easter foods are actually toxic for dogs, and most people don’t realise until it’s too late

So we made a simple **Easter safety guide + dog-friendly recipe** for our families 🐶

If you’d like a copy, just comment **EASTER** and I’ll send it through 💛

Weekly update at Designer Oodles of Adelaide 🐾

A big week here, with a special focus on Daisy and the next stage of our planning.

✨ Daisy
Daisy was bred on Friday as part of a carefully planned multigenerational pairing. Behind the scenes, a lot goes into these decisions — including health testing such as hips and shoulders, along with selecting the right stud to complement temperament, structure and coat. Now we move into the waiting phase and will continue to monitor her closely over the coming weeks. Thanks to Jessica Ellen and Brad for taking such great care of her ❤️

✨ Sally
Sally is now 6 weeks along and progressing beautifully.

✨ Boots
Boots is now 5 weeks along and doing well, so excited to see some more Winnie sired pups too!!!

✨ Posie & Winnie
These two have been enjoying time together… although Posie decided to eat half a tennis ball 🤦‍♀️ she’s absolutely fine and brought it back up, but definitely keeping us on our toes!

Applications for future litters can be submitted via RightPaw — links in comments 🤍

Being a breeder, for me, has never been a “one hit wonder” kind of thing. It’s not about you bringing your puppy home and that being the end of our journey together — it’s really just the beginning.

When you take home one of my puppies, you don’t just get a dog… you get ongoing support, guidance, and someone in your corner for as long as you need. Whether that’s weeks, months, or years down the track, I’m always here. Not everyone needs that level of contact, and that’s completely okay — but it’s something I genuinely offer because I care deeply about every pup I raise and every family they become part of.

I hope my socials reflect that reality. You’re unlikely to see perfectly polished, AI-generated announcements or “perfect” moments all the time here (unless I’m clearly jumping on a fun trend!). What you will see is real life — the beautiful moments, the chaos, the growth, and yes… even the tricky stuff.

Because that’s what life with dogs is. Not perfect — but always worth it.

All of these photos ? They were genuinely sent to me just this week. That means the world to me. It shows these families don’t just take their puppy and disappear — they want to stay connected, to share updates, and to still be part of something we started together.

And that’s exactly what this is about.

Just recently, one of my families reached out needing help with a challenge they were facing — and being able to support, guide, and reassure them is what makes me tick. I’m here for the good, the hard, and everything in between.

This isn’t just about breeding puppies. It’s about building relationships, supporting my families, and making sure every dog — and every owner — has the best life possible.

And I wouldn’t have it any other way 🤍

Exciting news from Boots and Winnie ❤️

We’re so excited to share that Boots is expecting her Toy Cavoodle litter💛

We had her ultrasound today and were lucky enough to see around 5–6 little puppies growing 🥰 Such a special and exciting milestone!

This is a beautiful pairing and we’re really looking forward to these sweet, small companions joining us in the coming weeks.

We’ve created a detailed information booklet for this litter, which includes everything about our program, what to expect, and the process moving forward.

If you’re interested in learning more, feel free to contact me and I’ll happily send it through 📩

Our priority list is now open, with limited places available to ensure the best matches for each puppy and family.

We’ve already had some early interest via rightpaw, link in comments, so we recommend reaching out sooner rather than later if this is a litter you’ve been waiting for.

Each of our upcoming litters will also have their own individual booklet, so families can receive the most accurate and helpful information for each pairing.

We’re so excited to share this journey with you all 🐾💛

Daisy update 🐾

Daisy began her progesterone testing last week and is continuing again this week as we carefully track her cycle and plan her upcoming pairing.

We’re very excited for her future multigenerational litter. This pairing has been thoughtfully selected with a focus on temperament, structure and coat quality.

We’re expecting beautiful fleece coats — soft, low shedding and ideal for family companions. Multigenerational pairings like this help bring more consistency in coat, temperament and overall predictability.

We’ll continue to share updates as we move through this next stage of planning 🤍

Every dog is different—and that’s something we really value.

Remember Charlie? Our lively F1 Bordoodle who was originally poised to begin a new line for us?

Charlie is a beautiful, intelligent Bordoodle girl who absolutely loves to be busy. She thrives when she has something to do and enjoys plenty of mental stimulation.

Charlies mum was our lovely Tess and her dad was a stunning blue merle Border Collie. With this pairing, we were hoping to produce a mix of temperaments suited to family life. While all of Charlie’s siblings have grown into lovely, easy-going dogs, Charlie is more active. Charlie has a driven nature—which can be incredible in the right home and environment, but ultimately in the wrong home can make life more challenging.

Experiences like this are part of what we learn through first generation (F1) crosses. While they can produce wonderful dogs, there can also be a wider variation in temperament, coat, and overall traits.

Over time, this is why we’ve come to really value F1b and multigenerational lines, where we’re able to work toward more consistency and predictability for families.

Every dog has their place—it’s just about finding the right fit 💛

This is also reflected in our upcoming litters, where we’re continuing to focus on F1b and multigenerational pairings to support greater consistency for families.

We’re excited to introduce our multigenerational Labradoodle line.

These dogs represent the direction of our program—focused on consistency in temperament, coat, and overall structure.

Daisy has been DNA tested and is clear, with excellent hip/shoulder results. She has a calm, stable temperament and is a wonderful example of the type we aim to produce.

Ted was carefully sourced from Victoria and also has outstanding hip/ shoulder scores, a sound structure, and is DNA clear. He brings a balanced, confident temperament that complements Daisy beautifully.

Together, this pairing reflects our commitment to producing well-rounded, predictable family dogs with low-shedding fleece coats.

This line will continue to form the foundation of our breeding program moving forward.

All enquiries and applications are managed through RightPaw to ensure the best possible match for each puppy.
