It’s official, I will be holding a 75min yoga slow flow class Hillwood Road Meditation Skills Centre. Mondays evenings from 5:45-7pm.

If you are new to yoga or looking for somewhere safe you can be present in your body, connecting to your breathe mind body and spirit. Be sure to book and come and see me ! Spots booking up quick with only 10 spots.
