About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Care Services Consultant to join our team. This key role focuses on coordinating and scheduling in-home care services for clients, ensuring all rostered shifts are effectively covered. You'll be the friendly and professional point of contact for clients, support workers, and stakeholders, helping deliver high-quality services across our community.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule and coordinate client services efficiently and within required timeframes
• Manage rostering tasks with attention to detail and urgency
• Support compliance across service delivery areas
• Liaise with clients and staff to resolve issues promptly using exceptional customer service skills
• Maintain a high standard of administrative support
What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria:
• Previous experience in a rostering or scheduling role (or similar)
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
• Ability to thrive in a small team and manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of aged care and disability services, including the needs of clients, families, and carers
