EMD would like to formally invite all club members to attend the upcoming AGM and vote on the new committee.

Please note: Only current Deakin students who hold a current club membership for the required timeframe (at least 7 days prior to the AGM ) can vote at the AGM and all in attendance must provide their Deakin student ID or proof of enrolment prior to entering the AGM. Non-Deakin students who hold a current club membership are also able to attend but unable to vote. If a student cannot provide their current student ID/proof of enrollment on the day of the AGM, they will be unable to vote.

In order for our club AGM to run, we need to meet a quorum, so we need your support and presence. If you would like further information regarding what a specific Executive position would entail, please email us directly at emergencymed.deakin@gmail.com.
