We’re excited to share that construction is now complete on our Trackside Moonee Ponds SDA Apartments. Our team is currently working closely with our tenants as they get ready to move into their new homes.
These modern two-bedroom apartments feature open-plan living, floor-to-ceiling windows and generous balconies designed for comfort and independence.
Just under seven kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD and surrounded by 20 hectares of curated green spaces - including rolling lawns, picnic spots and botanical gardens, Trackside offers a peaceful community feel while keeping you close to the city.
It was a pleasure to take part in the Melbourne Disability Expo 2025.
Across both days, our team enjoyed connecting with attendees and sharing more about Enliven Housing and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
