PSA: NO ONE, is calm & zen all the time 😅💁🏻

But you can become a hell of a lot more chilled majority of the time…esp during stressful/ chaotic moments.

Most people loose momentum or become reactive, snappy or super emotional when things get hard / stressful.

This absolutely doesn’t have to be the way.

Learning to heal & work with your nervous system will change that completely!

It’s rarely the big moments that drain us…it’s the subtle, everyday leaks we ignore:

• the uncomfortable tension after an argument
• the “yes” we said when our body screamed “no”
• the conversations that feel like heavy lifting
• the people who take more than they give

We carry these moments in our mind, our muscles, our nervous system and then wonder why we feel foggy, tired, or disconnected from ourselves.

The truth is: your energy doesn’t just need rest.
It needs repair, recharging, and a return to you.

So if you’re feeling stretched, off-centre, or running on empty, go back to your energy givers…

the things that actually nourish your system:

✨ people who feel like a soul hug
✨ journaling the thoughts sitting on your chest
✨ getting outside + letting nature regulate you
✨ slow mornings, music, sunlight, movement
✨ silence, space, and your own frequency

You don’t need to push through it.
You just need to come back home to yourself.

You can’t call in more while your nervous system is in survival mode…

Because when your body doesn’t feel safe, it will fight the very thing you say you want.

Not because you’re lazy, unmotivated or “not disciplined enough”….but because your system is wired to protect, not expand.

That’s why you find yourself snapping at your partner, doom-scrolling, binge-eating, overthinking every little thing, or lying awake at night with a tight chest and a racing mind.

It’s not “just part of the process.”
It’s your body yelling, “I don’t feel safe with this much pressure.”

Regulation is the real portal to expansion 🙌🏻

When your nervous system feels safe, your capacity grows & suddenly the things that once triggered you, don’t even touch you!
