IS BROWN RICE ACTUALLY HEALTHIER?

Yes and no.
Brown rice is typically viewed as a healthier option as it is less processed than white rice and has slightly lower calories per serve.
That being said, white rice is often fortified with key nutrients and on the satiety index rank higher (meaning they can make you feel fuller).

Although this might be the case, any rice is still an incredible source of carbohydrates and is a good option for hitting your macros.

Rice is a carb so avoid using other measures such as amount of protein as a guide to choosing your rice (you should not be looking at your rice as a source of protein).

Both of these options fit into a healthy diet!

A small handful of the incredible girls that I work with!

The dedication of my clients is unmatched!

Often starting in the gym is a daunting and intimidating experience but once we get going with our 1:1 sessions these girls gain a significant amount of confidence and strength in the first couple of weeks! It is truly incredible to watch!
