We are running a new and exciting approach to healthy ageing called the Standing Tall with Our Mob Project (STOMP!) combining mindfulness, exercise and healthy ageing education programs to improve or maintain cognitive, social, emotional and physical wellbeing as you move into older age.

**We are currently seeking participants in Campbelltown, Sutherland and Kempsey**

It was great being able to catch up and see those smiling faces at the Who Ya Gunna Call Forum (Coffs Harbour), and Kurranulla NAIDOC Event (South Sydney) last week. We hope everyone enjoyed their NAIDOC week and stayed dry and safe. We look forward to getting out to the Tharawal Family Fun Day (Campbelltown) which is being postponed until October. In the meantime here are some pictures of the teams in Coffs and South Sydney enjoying some NAIDOC Week activities
