Happy Monday!

For this week, I challenge you to make a conscious effort to practice body positivity and acceptance. This means reframing your thoughts and attitudes towards your body and focusing on its strengths and capabilities rather than its perceived flaws.💖

Each day, take a few minutes to look in the mirror and say something positive about yourself. It could be anything from "I love my strong arms" to "I am grateful for my healthy body." This simple exercise can help shift your mindset towards self-love and acceptance.

You can also try to notice any negative self-talk or thoughts that arise throughout the day. For example, if you catch yourself thinking "I hate my thighs," try reframing that thought to something like "My thighs are strong and help me move through the world."🤗

Remember, everyone has insecurities and struggles with body image at times. But by practising body positivity and acceptance, we can learn to love and appreciate our bodies for all that they do for us.

So, I challenge you to take this week to focus on body positivity and acceptance. I encourage you to join in by sharing your own experiences and your favourite affirmations below. Let's support each other in creating a more positive and accepting relationship with our bodies! 💪

Success doesn't just happen. It's not a matter of luck, or of finding the right opportunity. It's a process that involves planning, hard work, and determination.

What does that mean? What does it look like? For example, if you're trying to lose weight, what are the actual steps you need to take in order to achieve your goal? What if you want to start a business? What are the steps involved in making that happen?

It may sound obvious, but sometimes we get so focused on our end goal that we forget about the work that goes into getting there. It's going to take more than just hoping that it'll show up on your doorstep one day.

The point is: planning ahead helps make sure that we don't miss out on opportunities or take unnecessary risks because we weren't prepared for them—and that's why success needs a process!

If you want to achieve something, you need a roadmap for where you're going and how to get there. You need to know what you want and make sure you're doing everything in your power to get there. 💖

Success comes from hard work—and if something is worth doing, then it's worth working hard at doing it!

Success is the sum of many parts, and one of those parts is knowing where you're going and having a plan for getting there.

Instead of destroying old habits this year, focus on new energies. How do you want your life to FEEL? You’re not lacking; you’re just getting clear on who you really are. So I hope this year you’ll be able to find the feelings that you want to feel in life~✨

Here are the 8 Positive New Year Intentions to help you achieve this goal~

1. Affirmation: I fully embrace the beauty of the little things and I will choose happiness!

2. Affirmation: I let go of what I think should be different, and I let it be what it is.

3. Affirmation: I nourish and energize my body because I care for it. I nurture my mind with positive thoughts and connect to my soul through stillness and loving perception.

4. Affirmation: I can slow down, take a mindful breath, and strengthen my awareness. I am fully present with what life brings. My presence is my power.

5. Affirmation: I choose love in this situation. I prioritize peace over the pain of separation. I opt for compassion instead of judgment. I prefer joy to fear.

6. Affirmation: I honour my feelings and let them pass. I am willing to be grateful at any given moment. Life is still worthy of my thanks!

7. Affirmation: Life is a journey. I am a work in progress, and I am in the process of becoming the best version of myself.

8. Affirmation: Even and especially when things don’t go according to plan, I remain willing to trust that the universe has my back and that a higher plan is unfolding for the greatest good.
