Just shed a few happy tears after reading this Christmas card from one of my beautiful clients 💧 ☺️

I’m feeling incredibly blessed and grateful to be able to do something that I love and that lights me up so much ✨

Thank you to all of my clients who have supported me this year. I’ll be having a few days off between Christmas and new year, then treatment sessions begin again on Friday 2nd January 🗓️

“I am so loved. I am precious.”

This was the message that one of my clients received during our session today.

She connected with her inner 10 year-old to release deep sadness, sorrow and anxiety that had dwelled in her body for many years.

This message, ‘I am so loved, I am precious’, was received not only as mere words, but as a deep, deep knowing. It was what her younger self needed to feel free.

It was heartwarming and beautiful to hold space for this. Thank you body 🙏🌻
