Disrupted routines. Less gym time. More food.
That’s not failure — it’s December.
The good news 👇
You don’t lose strength in a week.
You don’t need perfect training to maintain (or even build) muscle.
What matters most:
-Weekly volume > perfect frequency
-Big, multi-joint movements
-Training close to challenging
-Even short sessions still count
Squat. Hinge. Push. Pull.
Bodyweight or light weights are more than enough.
Less time doesn’t have to mean less stimulus.
Even a little movement goes a long way.
