Now I know this photo doesn’t look entirely professional for a IGym post but let me explain the reasoning behind it.

Rachel (lady next to me) has been battling cancer. This week she got the all clear that she is officially in remission.

So please if you see her in the gym give a massive congratulations and high five. What an achievement.

Well what can I say about this amazing woman.

You’re 30 years young, I’ve known you since you were 15, half of your life you have put up with this massively annoying head.

You’re literally my rock, I’m a mess when you’re not around and you give my life purpose.

You are the most selfless person on the planet, you’re stunningly beautiful and a fantastic mother.

I can’t imagine being with anyone else except you my love xx here’s to another 30 beautiful years together. Happy birthday 🥳 xx

Meet Freya Maria Ekins

Born 26/01/2024 at 9:55am

Weighing 3.085kgs or 6 pound 13 ounces

Freya was born by cesarean after a 3 day ordeal of sheer stubbornness.

Angelica is recovering really well and already up and about with Bub.

We are so in love and can’t wait to get her home in a few days.

Thank you to everyone who supported both jelly and I through this pregnancy and we can’t wait to introduce you all to her. ###
