Hello Sunday! I thought I’d take this opportunity to introduce myself again. I’m Nikki, an Early Childhood teacher, Channeller and Mum to a 22 year old girl and 3 month old boy.

I have a passion for helping children through big emotions, parenting and working with new Mamas and Mamas to be.

When being pregnant with my babies, I noticed the huge focus on pregnancy, birth and so little on the postpartum journey. There is so much preparation energetically that needs to happen prior to a woman becoming a mother. During pregnancy we take prenatal vitamins, have ongoing scans and checkups but what about once bub is born. After 6 weeks your midwife generally waves goodbye and your off into the hands of health clinics, your GP or no one. This can be such a daunting time for new mums. This is when I find it so beneficial to be introduced to your spirit team and particularly your parenting guide, whose job it is to guide, heal and support you through your parenting journey.

Having people you trust and love by your side as you raise your children is absolutely vital for a happy and healthy child and parenthood. But not all of us are blessed with family members that live in the same city or are able to lend a helping hand.

Getting to know your spirit team is like meeting someone new and feeling like you’ve known them for years. Your guides have likely been in your life since childhood and are waiting to give you the love, support and healing you need.

A little preparation goes a long way. To avoid complete chaos in the morning, I often plan a couple of activities the night before and set these out, with an enticing inviting to play. This usually means breakfast and coffee can be accompanied with 2.5 minutes of peace and quiet 🥰🤍
