📢 Turnaround Time Update for Custom Orders

Just a quick update for everyone placing custom DTF t-shirt and apparel orders with us 😊

Because all of our designs are made to order, we don’t keep transfers sitting on the shelf. We order your designs in specially for each customer to make sure you get the best quality and exactly what you want.

This means we work around:
✔ supplier printing times
✔ shipping times
✔ stock arrivals
✔ pressing and packing

So to keep things realistic and avoid rushing your orders, our turnaround time is now up to 3 weeks.

We’ll always aim to have your order finished sooner if we can — but this timeframe helps us make sure every job is done properly and to a high standard.

Just wanted to share this so people can see the full story.

Recently someone questioned my work and it honestly really upset me and made me feel like I had done something wrong.

But as you can see in the photos and feedback, the order was completed, the customer asked for size changes after printing, and I still did my best to help. Because the prints were already made, they couldn’t be resized — which is normal with printing — but the customer was happy with the final result.

I always try my best, I’m honest, and I care about every job I do. I also live with disabilities and mental health challenges, so things can affect me more than people realise.

I’m proud of my work and just want to keep doing right by my customers. Thank you to everyone who supports me 🤍
