Fabulous retreat coming up! Great speakers and topics. Details for booking on this flyer. Logan Theosophy Group.
Guest presenters:
Wendy Dixon, Simon O'Rourke, Jarrod Ryder and Dara Tatray

Wednesday 22 to Monday 27 April 2026 inclusive,
for MEMBERS ONLY at Springbrook Retreat Centre QLD

Invitation

Join us in the delightful surroundings of the Gold Coast hinterland for the School of Theosophy 2026, where participants will delve into the enduring legacy of Mabel Collins’ works, Light on the Path and The Idyll of the White Lotus, both published in 1884, and attributed to an Adept source. These influential texts have engaged the profound interest of Theosophists and the spiritually-minded for over 140 years. They are interconnected by "The Three Great Truths", which together sound a higher spiritual note meant to inspire and draw out the divine life which resonates within all.

Afternoon Sessions: The afternoon classes will be spent on interactive discussions and further examination of the concepts introduced in these sacred texts of the modern era.

Cost: $750 per person—this includes accommodation, meals, tuition and transit from the Gold Coast Airport 1.30pm, or Robina Station 2pm, returning on the last day to the Airport before 11am.

Priority will be given to TS members who have not attended previous Schools.

25/03/2026

Upcoming presentation by Simon O’Rourke, the Education Coordinator of the Australian National Theosophical Society.

The talk title is "The Two Paths in One"

This talk will delve into The Spiritual Path, distinguished in The Voice of the Silence as the 'doctrine of two Paths in one, the truth unveiled about the Secret Heart." She further states "The Law which, shunning learning, teaches Wisdom, reveals a tale of woe.'
H.P. Blavatsky states "The two schools of Buddha's doctrine, the esoteric and the exoteric, are respectively called the "Heart" and the "Eye" Doctrine. ... ... It is so named, because it is the teaching which emanated from Gautama Buddha's heart, whereas the "Eye" Doctrine was the work of his head or brain. The 'Heart Doctrine' is also called 'the seal of truth' or the 'true seal,' a symbol found on the heading of almost all esoteric works."
If so, then what is the nature of the two paths in one, and the seven paths?
What is the inner meaning of the Heart Doctrine, called the Esoteric or Secret Heart?
And what are the subtle robes or vestures, Nirmānakāya, Sambhogakāya, and Dharmakāya; and is it possible to attain to a state, as mentioned in the Mahachohans letter, of sublime selfishness?

We meet and discuss this topic on Thursday, 16th April.
Talk starts at 6.30 pm.
It is preceded by a separate study group, on “Does Evil Exist?” Which starts at 4.30 pm to 6 pm.
All welcome. Free to attend.
