I am a qualified Naturopath, mum to 2 gorgeous toddlers and an amazing 25 year old son, and partner to the most wonderful loving man I have ever known. Being healthy means having balance in all aspects of our life - physical, mental, spiritual, social. It is about having connection with our environment and our fellow man. It is about developing a real and deep love and appreciation for who we are individually, and for who we are in relation to the planet. Real health is an ever evolving journey, with ups and downs. But at the end of the day it is a fun and exciting path to travel. I have discovered one of my goals in this life - to assist and support others in their journey. FRANKINCENSE OIL IS A FAVOURITE WITH US AT PURE ELEMENTAL – each day we place a drop of Young Living frankincense oil under each ear (on the vagus nerve), on our crown or add a couple of drops to our face cream.

WHY IS VITAMIN D SO ESSENTIAL TO YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM?

There is currently a climate of fear around catching a virus – so let’s be proactive. At Pure Elemental, we can help you look after your immune system so it will look after your health.

What are T-Cells & B-cells (T & B-lymphocytes) & why are they important? They are white blood cells that work hard to destroy viral & damaged cells, and to develop a response for ‘next time’. A strong T-cell response triggers a strong anti-microbial response helping us to effectively fight off invaders such as viruses.

Our Adaptive Immune System (part of the whole immune system) is most at work against viruses. It constantly evolves to fight new threats. The T-cells do most of the work – supported by B-cells.
