My name is Yvette and I am an advocate for healthy and natural living. I am a qualified Naturopath, mum to 2 gorgeous toddlers and an amazing 25 year old son, and partner to the most wonderful loving man I have ever known. I have been traveling the journey of health and wellbeing for nearly 30 years. I have learn't many things about health and wellness. The most fundamental of these is this -

Being healthy means having balance in all aspects of our life - physical, mental, spiritual, social. It is about having connection with our environment and our fellow man. It is about developing a real and deep love and appreciation for who we are individually, and for who we are in relation to the planet. Real health is an ever evolving journey, with ups and downs. But at the end of the day it is a fun and exciting path to travel. I have discovered one of my goals in this life - to assist and support others in their journey.
