Kickstart your career with a supportive, family-run allied health team 🌿

Are you finishing high school and ready to gain real workplace experience in a professional, friendly environment?

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Assistant to join our team at Rural Health Team in Scone. This role is perfect for someone who’s organised, friendly, tech-savvy, and eager to learn more about administration and allied health.

You’ll support our admin and clinical staff by:
• Completing administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record management
• Assisting with junior therapy assistant duties (e.g. preparing materials or helping with group programs)
• Using Microsoft 365, Zanda, Asana and other digital tools to keep our systems running smoothly
• Learning professional communication, organisation, and teamwork skills in a health setting

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in accuracy
• Is coachable, reliable, and eager to learn
• Has strong computer and typing skills
• Works well independently and as part of a small team
• Communicates clearly and brings a positive, proactive attitude

What you’ll love:
• Supportive, family-run team that values learning and growth
• On-the-job mentoring and training – no prior experience needed
• Flexible hours and variety in your day
• A great stepping stone into admin or allied health careers

We’re seeking someone who can commit to the role for at least 12 months. Applicants who plan to stay in Scone long-term are encouraged to apply, as well as those heading to university next year – remote and flexible work options are available once you move for study.

• Casual role: 25–40 hours per week
• Location: Scone, NSW
• Driver’s licence and own car required
• Training provided – no experience necessary
