You’ll be supporting our small yet dynamic team, helping us provide top-notch therapy to our clients. What You’ll Be Doing
As our new Administrative Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
✔️Providing support to our team and clients through scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records

✔️Assisting in maintaining client service agreements and documentation
✔️Managing our team’s calendar and providing support to our therapists to make their jobs easier
✔️Helping with day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
✔️Is ideally suited to an allied health student who values flexibility and a supportive work environment
✔️Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a great eye for detail
✔️Is proficient in Microsoft Office and enjoys working with systems
✔️Has a positive, can-do attitude and is excited to learn new things
✔️Is friendly, dependable, and organised — someone who loves to help!

Schedule
