Here’s an example from one of our recent support days:
Our participant preferred a calm and creative visit to the library instead of swimming due to bad weather. His support worker respected his choice, assisted him in picking a book, guided him during reading time, and later supported him while he played his games.

By allowing participants to make decisions that feel right for them, we help build confidence, trust, and independence — one meaningful moment at a time.

Join our growing team at Unity Care Support, a Registered NDIS Provider delivering quality Therapeutic Supports (Registration Group 0128) across Victoria.

We are expanding our team of passionate Allied Health Professionals dedicated to empowering participants to achieve their NDIS goals and improve their quality of life.

Positions Available:
🔹 Physiotherapist
🔹 Occupational Therapist
🔹 Speech Pathologist

Qualifications / Requirements:
Physiotherapist
-Current AHPRA Registration
-Proven experience in the profession and ongoing professional development

Occupational Therapist
-Current AHPRA Registration
-Relevant experience in customised technology assessments or provision
-Speech Pathologist
-Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) approved by Speech Pathology Australia
-Experience and evidence of professional development and supervision

🩺 About the Role

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will:
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic supports to NDIS participants.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy and care plans.
- Collaborate closely with families, support coordinators, and other professionals.
- Conduct assessments, write reports, and monitor progress.

Flexible subcontractor positions available (ABN required): Subcontractors must hold a valid ABN and provide proof of professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
