Hey there Friends and Community!!

We have been a little quiet (o.k.. so very quiet) on here so wanted to drop by to let you know what we are up to!

First- the conference!
We are part of the team organising the International Breathwork conference to be held at K'gari Island this year. We have been super busy preparing for this over the past 2.5 years, and we are VERY much looking forward to sharing this with you soon.

On a more local level, we have started a new Breathwork Training (Cobargo), and will have some new students starting their client work soon. In October we will start our regular monthly group breathwork sessions in Bermagui.

Lastly, we are preparing for a new program of workshops and small trainings at our property in 2026. Stay tuned... it will be fun!

We are of course also very immersed in our own breathwork, our own inner and outer journeys, and are very happy in our new little paradise that we call home. Very very very blessed to be on land, near the sea.... bliss...

Fey and I wish you a very happy solstice and end to 2024. We hope that this holiday season brings you rest and joy.
This has been a year of reconsolidating for us, dreaming into our future, spending time with each other and loved ones, and reconnecting to what is truly important.

We haven't spent much time here on promotions or our business and we are likely to continue that trend. While we are still working, we are more so working on love, in-person connections, exploring a deeper ecology of self and relationship and doing things that light us up!
We are however grateful to all people in our life, those connections of the past and those that continue. Thank you for being in our life!
We wish for you a wonderful year ahead. We will be here offering trainings, and group work, and breathwork connections and also of course will be offering the GIC (breathwork conference) at Kgari Island in Septeber. Feels like an amazing year ahead!
See you on the other side as the seasons turn once again.

Join us THIS Sunday at 3pm for a Connected Breathwork session in Bermagui. Contribution $45 - and flexible for accessability.
Come and learn this beautiful process for inner transformation, inner joy and deep lasting authenticity. The workshop is two hours. You will be guided in the method of conscious connected breathwork, and will be encouraged to listen to your inner wisdom, unfolding into your inner joy. We will accompany the breathing with uplifting music and affirmation.
