BE YOUR BESTยฎ is a comprehensive wellbeing program based on validated research from the field of Positive Psychology. It is designed to help individuals live better and reach their potential. People with higher wellbeing do better with work, health, relationships and income (Lyubomirsky et al., 2005). Reducing stress alone does not do the job. Complete wellbeing is needed for complete flourishing (Seligman, 2012). The benefits can include enhanced resilience and a buffer against stress.
