Today brings the last day of work for me and a closing to Spirit Within for 2025.
The Christmas carols are playing as I set up the room for my final few clients.
I feel my body getting ready to rest itself as I head into the day.
I want to thank all of my beloved clients who have trusted me with their journeys throughout this year and previously. Its been a great pleasure and privilege to be apart of you all...
Thankyou for all my precious gifts, home made cakes, flowers, wine and coffee from my favourite coffee shop. Even a crystal from one of my young people I work with. They are all so thoughtful and special. It means so much... I'm so grateful.

Lastly, over the weekend I will announce the winners of our day retreat for January. I am so excited for the launch and to see whats to come for 2026. Thankyou for all your support via private messages, or phone calls.

What's next for Spirit Within in 2026?

Living Your Best Life Workshops.

To launch this exciting venture we are giving away one free workshop with 20 available spaces for January 2026, date to be released.

The workshop will be hosted by Spirit Within and run from 9:30am to 12:00pm. It will include outdoor yoga surrounded by local wildlife under the gum trees by the water. Guest speakers will deliver seminars on Women's health with a focus on peri-menopause, nutrition and the holistic approach to wellbeing. A nourishing morning tea and gift bags including aromatherapy, herbal essence and crystals will be provided.
