Just over 6 months ago, Matt was in hospital with 4 broken ribs, 10+ rib fractures, a punctured lung and four surgeries - one lasting seven hours.

This weekend, he’s standing on the start line of a Half Ironman.

Getting here was the goal. Anything after that is a bonus.
