Grateful there are MANY influence in his life - especially when one of my dear teachers is one of his too.
He may hear what I say - but he listens 👂 to others 😉

Knee update….
It resolved itself 🙌🏼😎
I’m joking that ‘it’ (my knee) heard me at the Dr’s appointment and it decided it would behave 😜🤷🏽♀️

🎨 painting the railing to clean things up 👌🏻(owner provided the paint and I’m cleaning - preparing and doing the job)… I do find painting very therapeutic and rewarding 😎🥰
So ‘all good’ on the knee front - seems to be approx every five years… so let’s see what 2030 brings 😉

Fun - learning and sharing was had. Well done ladies! The first one is always a big day.👌🏻💃🏼🌹
My day ended chasing the full moon 🌕 🏙️ and some self therapy (beta-testing the .au home option) 😊👌🏻

World still upside down🌍
Strapping the knee and a big stick enable beach time… though I’m ’behaving’ myself and limiting it!
Makes me even more grateful 🌊 when I do get there 🥰
Altered gate cycle 🔄 has slowed me down (grandma 👵🏻as my darling son calls me) keeps me pain free 🙌🏼
But the occasional ‘tweak’ is still the same pain 😞 so Monday we get the referral and see what we find.
My bets were on Medial Collateral Ligament - but now I’m leaning towards Medial Meniscus 🤔

Swop to video for explanation 🔈
I love to travel 🧭 but my compass is sensitive. I get motion sickness easily and thankfully figured out how to ease it to a bearable level fairly quickly.
1. Grounding - usually at the beach 🏖️ but SYD weather yesterday hampered that idea 💡
(Swipe to video ➡️) I went barefoot walking instead.
Mostly to ground and calm@thesystem@but also the weather was so atrocious - there was no point wearing shoes just to get them soggy. ☔️
2. To back up a little - during flights or travel (I get car sick - seasick and no I do not do fun parks roller coasters 🎢 🤮)
I have ginger chews 🫚 and massage common acupuncture points to prevent projectile vomit 🤢 doesn’t stop me feeling terrible but at least I don’t vomit.
3. I stick to fluids and don’t eat much until I’m truly settled again.
4. Get to if not IN the ocean as soon as possible 🌊 luckily I’m usually not that far from it 👌🏻

And yes - there were comments about being barefoot 🦶 on f you scrolled to videos… I did a grocery shop 2KM (1.24miles) away.
Nothing to prove - No one to impress… I do what I’ve learnt is good for me and barefoot walking in the rain is THE BEST 🤩👌🏻
