We want to change the way medical and support services collaborate to help families of people with disabilities gain control and achieve their goals.

At sameview we have one mission, and that is to help families cope. By reducing the stress and workload of disability care coordination, we believe we can help families build the confidence and capability they need to achieve their goals. We have developed a solution that will support the coordination of care. Our app allows carers to track some of the most stressful parts of regular appointments against goals and milestones. Best of all your support team members will have the same view, with the ability to communicate and collaborate with each other.
