Beyond excited to be going back to India for my 4th time and leading retreat with for our 3rd year in 2026!

It’s hard to put into words the experience of India. It’s truly an onslaught on the senses. Love, pain,joy,sadness,laughter,compassion and every other emotion in between.

India does something to the soul.

It’s truly fertile ground for the heart to become bigger,fuller, richer for visiting these sacred lands. So much story telling, colour, life and mystery unfolds every time I return.

We just touch the surface on this adventure but what a ride. Now in our 3rd year we have learnt some things about India and how to squeeze the most of this experience.

So if you feel the call and India is a dream destination for you come with us and be blown away by her magic. India is not just a destination to be admired it becomes part of your soul. You will be forever changed by the experience and you will be forever grateful you decided to come and feel for yourself.

Your whole life will be so much richer from this experience.

And who knows you may even have a complete stranger read your palm on the Ganga and tell you “you will be travelling for the next 7 years” boy was he right !!!!

Wow this life ! This time in Rishikesh has been so expansive on so many levels. Each year coming back has been so different. It’s the people you meet the places you go and the energy that flows that truly makes India such a magical place.

India 🇮🇳 you once again have gifted me with so much love and connection. I will be forever grateful for saying yes to taking this journey with you. Your not just a place but an energy an emotion a full heart. You keep calling me and I keep coming and I am so so grateful. Giving me tears, laughter, heartbreak and wonder all in the 1 day sometimes in the 1 hour. You are the place my heart clearly needed to be with and each year you give my heart back to me more and more. Beyond excited to be heading back to Ma India next week with 15 other beautiful yogis! Yoga has been a journey of the soul for me allowing me to be in constant connection with what truly matters. It will be such an honour to lead and learn when we head back to India next week, some of us returning, and some of us for the first time! I have no doubt the adventure will be just as incredible as my first time over there as I prepare with such a full and open heart of gratitude. I can’t wait to meet up with new and familiar faces. Having a daily yoga and meditation practice is not always achieved but when we really take the time to commit to the path the rewards are numerous and revealing. I can’t wait to expand and grow into the next version of myself as a teacher, and Im so forever grateful for everything I have learnt already on the yogic path. Huge thankyou to my beautiful teacher and friend for saying yes to this journey with me and to the 15 other heart led souls joining us...what an adventure this life is when you say yes!!!💜
