🐶💕 Exciting News 🐶💕

Hiya! I’m thrilled to share that Peggy, my adorable golden retriever, and I are starting our therapy dog training in just two weeks!

I know some of you have been waiting a longgggg time for this, and some of you might feel a bit unsure about having a therapy doggo in our space. I’ve found a soft toy that looks just like Peggy so you can get a feel for what it’s like to have her around.

Peggy's twin is yet to be named... any ideas?

We will be in training and out of the office on the following Mondays:

Monday 12th August
Monday 19th August
Monday 26th August
Monday 2nd September
Monday 9th September

Feeling very privileged and excited to now offer EMDR therapy to our All-Sorts community. ✨

Last week, I completed an intensive 3-day training in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) with the amazing Caroline Burrows.

For those who might not be familiar, EMDR therapy uses bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping etc) to help the brain process and resolve ‘stuck’ traumatic memories, so they no longer impact on us. Essentially, EMDR ‘kick-starts’ the brain’s natural healing process. 🧠

It's important to note that accommodations can be made for all phases of EMDR therapy to support Autistic and ADHD neurotypes. EMDR will be super individualised and planned with you.
