Sometimes you’ve got plans, and life’s got a different one for you!

I’ve done lots of high risks sports, jobs… but I’ve never seen “Twin Mum” on the list of high risk activities.

And there I am, with a broken toe after chasing twins at the playground 😆 supposedly to be a super safe environment 🤣

Running plans are out the window 🪟 for the next few months.

Luckily they’re cute and I love them more than anything else! ☺️

So I did it!!
Feral Pig 50k - more like 54km 🤣 12h24!

Running on a hiking trail made it tough with all the rocks, roots, erosion, steep climbs.
Starting at 12pm and running under the hot WA sun made it tougher.
I was close to give up after 25km (which took 5h30 hours!).

But I was so inspired by the runners completing the 100km and 100mi, in the same harsh conditions!

And because I wanted this medal so I would not have to do it ever again 🤣 I kept going, one step at a time, and took well needed breaks at the aid stations.

I used the power of affirmations to keep me going and stay out of the negative thoughts vortex. I repeated over and over: “I AM loving it! I AM feeling great! I AM full of energy “ 😆 I did helped!!

Plus a good hydration & nutrition and I eventually made it to the finish, half past midnight!

Ready for the big event in Thailand 🇹🇭 on the 6th December, 51km and +/- 2,700 m (!!) to collect 4 stones to enter the UTMB CCC lottery in a near future 🤞

I’ve lost 8kg & transformed my life, join me on the journey!

I have always struggled with my weight, even as a kid. I was bullied, rejected, had zero confidence and self-esteem. I was very unfit, fat and hated exercising. Later I tried to lose weight by cutting down food, counting calories, exercising but without success. My weight would yo-yo, and I would put all the weight lost back on with some extra.

It’s only at 29 that I came across a nutrition program from Herbalife Nutrition and decided to try it. To be honest, I was very sceptical, I didn’t believe it would work because I love food so much. However I was desperate to lose weight and finally got started. One of the best decisions of my life!

The results were amazing! * My energy lifted, my skin cleared up for the first time, my cravings and bloating disappeared and ... I lost 8kg, completely reshaped, maintained it since and I feel fantastic every day. It’s been the easiest thing I’ve tried to lose weight, I never had any frustration and I can still enjoy the food I love (being from France, I love wine, cheese and bread). I’m no longer obsessed with food, about what to eat or when to eat. I love how easy it is to follow the plan while being on holidays, working away, doing FIFO work. It’s SO EASY!

And the best: I had so much energy that I started running for fun, loving it and ended up completing multiple marathons and ultra marathons*. When you fuel your body with the right nutrition, you can achieve so much!
