Stepping into yoga for the first time is about so much more than stretching or touching your toes. It’s about creating space in your body, calming your mind, and discovering what feels possible when you let go of expectations.
Over 4 weeks, we’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and explore yoga’s wisdom in a way that feels supportive, inspiring, and fun. Each week has its own theme to help you grow on and off the mat. ✨
Week 1 – Letting Go of Attachments 🕊️
- Release old beliefs about being “good” or “bad” at yoga.
- Discover yoga as a whole-body, whole-mind practice — not just physical poses.
- Embrace curiosity and kindness towards yourself.
- Begin to connect with your breath and enjoy slowing down.
Week 2 – Ahimsa & Santosha 💜
- Practice ahimsa (non-harm) by listening to your body and honouring its needs.
- Explore santosha (contentment) by meeting yourself exactly where you are.
- Learn to create spaciousness by softening, not forcing.
- Experience the power of gentleness and acceptance in your practice.
Week 3 – Resilience & Dedication 🔥
- Tap into tapas (discipline and dedication) through steady, mindful practice.
- Build strength, stability, and focus in body and mind.
- Discover how consistency creates confidence and resilience.
- Feel the uplifting energy that comes from showing up for yourself.
Week 4 – Celebrating Growth 🌸
- Bring together everything you’ve learned into a complete flow.
- Celebrate your consistency and the progress you’ve made.
- Reflect on how yoga has shifted your body, mind, and spirit.
- Step forward with confidence to continue your practice beyond the course.
