Join a welcoming crew of like minded people for hands-on days learning to safely use hand and power tools. In our first sessions, we've been building the solid timber workbenches that will anchor our new woodworking shed. At our upcoming workshop, we'll be making personal timber toolboxes, a project you can take home and keep for life.
What you'll gain:
* Skills in woodworking from measuring to assembly.
* Confidence using a variety of tools.
* The satisfaction of creating something from scratch.
Guided by Sam, a fresh-minded, OH&S-trained TAFE carpenter.
Hosted by Kym, our workshop wellbeing anchor.
This is a pilot program is a rare opportunity to be part of community-driven sustainable building. Its future depends on our shared spirit and participation.
